International Networking Opportunity

The Center for Development Research and Interventions (CDRI), Sri Lanka, is inviting academics and development practitioners to join an international network to work on sustainable solutions to social and economic issues such as those that have arisen as a result of the COVID 19 Pandemic.

The CDRI project team feels strongly that such solutions need to be found within the framework of SDG’s, with a particular focus on hunger, inequality, unemployment, gender inequality and strengthening partnerships.

The implementation of the project is being supported by the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAE), UK. The project team invites you to read the Project Brief as well as the background information for potential members.

If you would like to become a member of the network, please complete the online form, and feel free to share this information with others who may be interested.

Expressions of interest should be submitted no later than 14 February 2021.

The selection of members will be announced within a month from the submission. Persons who applied will be informed whether their applications are accepted or not.

For further information please contact the CDRI project team leader, Professor Siri Hettige, Emeritus Professor at the University of Colombo, via hettigesiri@gmail.com
